SeaPan WP 50/60 offers completely new optimal solutions for the production of cabin walls and bulkheads in shipbuilding, the construction sector and architecture as well as for many other structures such as office, technical or residential containers.
The low weight of the SeaPan WP 50/60 panel, with its specific weight of approx. only 14 kg/m² , enables, depending on the type of application and construction, a significant reduction in the total weight of the structures produced.
The panel is available ready to assemble and does not require any additional processing. The tongue and groove connection system we use allows for a significant reduction in assembly time. In addition, the good mechanical properties of the panel allow the use of screw, dowel and screw fasteners in the manufacture of flat and angular connections.
Thanks to their antiseptic properties, SeaPan panels prevent the formation of mold and mildew.

Delivery basis:
EXW Wipperfürth (INCOTERMS 2020), plus 4% packaging costs, any transport and, if applicable, export customs clearance costs. Delivery to other destinations (FOB, CIP, CIF, DDU etc.) by arrangement
Discount:
Panels and mats: > 150 m² – 5%; > 300 m² – 8%, > 500 m² – 12%, > 1,000 m² – 15%, > 3,000 m² – 18%. For other products, volume-dependent discounts by arrangement. Addition of regular and sales action special discounts excluded
Pallet prices:
Special pallet (1.2 x 3.1 m) – 75 € / piece,
Payment terms:
Unless otherwise agreed, 100% advance payment for the first order, and by agreement for subsequent orders
Minimum Order Quantity:
€1,000, subject to minimum product order quantities, e.g. for panels and plate material 1 pallet, approx. 100 m²
Cutting:
Special dimensions, mitres, grooves etc. on request and for an additional charge.
Lamination:
CBG TopSkin, HPL, CPL, sheet steel, metal foil etc. on request, at an additional cost
Delivery time:
Unless otherwise agreed: For the first order approx. 4 – 6 weeks. after order confirmation. For follow-up orders approx. 3 – 4 weeks. After order confirmation, volume and specification-related deviations are possible.
